Delivery information
We will always dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the progress via email.
Deliveries occur Monday-Friday between 0800-1800hrs. No deliveries are available on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. Express delivery is not available for the time being.
Orders which weight 15Kg or more will be delivered on a pallet via a pallet delivery network. Pallets will be delivered via lorries of up to 18 tonnes with a tail lift and pallet jack. The deliveries are only guaranteed up to your kerbside and on flat hard standing. We are unable to deliver on to loose gravel, grass or other soft or uneven surfaces. For all other orders we use the Post Office or Evri.
It is your responsibility as the customer to advise us of any access restrictions that you think may cause a delivery issue, here are some issues that can cause delivery problems:
- weight restrictions on roads leading to your property,
- narrow lanes,
- low overhanging trees,
- narrow roads, especially those with on street parking
- no drop kerb
- Inability for large vehicles to manoeuvre
- Cul-de-sacs with limited manoeuvrability
Please write any details or limitations in ‘Order Notes’ during the checkout phase.
If a delivery is not possible an additional fee may be charged.
Most deliveries come with a free pallet for your own use. Please note that we do not accept the pallets back, but if you contact us, we can suggest a number of different ways of using it. We like making them into compost bins for your garden.
